A quiz can be created when the main page is displayed for any function (browse or challenge).
Click the "Create Quiz" sub menu under the "Quiz" menu. The Create Quiz form will be displayed. Enter the number of questions for the quiz. Click the "Add Question" button on the quiz form and the question being displayed on the main form will be added to the quiz. Give the quiz a name and save the quiz. It can then be recalled and taken as a quiz.
